making new friends.

i never knew ants were so cool.
i just sat next to the tub
and watched one
clean it's feelers.

like a cat! like a cat cleaning
it's face.
it licked? [i didn't know they had tongues]
it's ant hands and cleaned its feelers.

i really am amazed.
i guess i thought they just
wandered around looking for food.
on that note, they don't really like cream cheese
or iced coffee.
they'd much prefer rice krispie treats cereal.

i want to be an ant.
