i rode stoney today. and started EATING BETTER.
i am also taking slimquick.
we'll see if it does anything.


soooo stoney is great i love him.
when i went to pick his feet
he grabbed the back of my pants and pulled
them! LOL! i laughed so hard
and we were by ourselves.
then i scratched his forehead and
he fell asleep.

he was kinda fresh today because
he wasn't ridden in a couple days
and he was zoomzoomin.
i got a good workout, though.

then i went to work 2-6.
it sucked.
i did sudoku [almost] the entire time.


also, i have quit smoking.
