i did not get petey.
i am not sure why,
but reading all of their adoption stories
it seems like they cater to people who are
"stay-at-home parents" ...not saying there is
anything wrong with that, not at all;
but there are people who work out of home
and make enough money to handle the sometimes
costly vet bills for a rescue dog.
and petey's profile even said he
probably wouldn't do well with a stay at home
parent anyways. but...whatever.
since my tax refund will be heftier
[MUCH!] than expected, i think i will
buy a puppy. [this is if derek buys the house]
because he said i can get a puppy if he
moves into a house so we have more room.
we are going to look at the house on thursday...
well, the inside- we saw the outside.
i know of a litter due to come home late june.
so if he does buy this house, i WILL buy a frenchie pup...
if he doesn't then i will just have to wait!
or move back with my sister [eh]
or get my own apartment [mehbeh.]

but until i do get my own, i will still look at
all the adoptable froggies and read all the froggie
blogs and google french bulldog pictures and so on
and so forth.
